Daniel came referred by our realtor to take on a project at our Hawkwood home. It didn’t take as long to understand why someone who had been selling homes for buyers since 1985 felt they could recommend his company. Daniel took on personal responsibility for the work to be done in a situation where we were under the gun to complete the restoration required in order to sell our house. The contractors that he brought in were skilled experienced tradesmen in home construction. They worked efficiently with a great deal of courtesy at a time when we had family visiting from out of town. Because of the nature of our problem it would have been easy to take advantage of the situation, but Daniel ensured that all that was done was what was needed to remediate the problem. The job was finished in a relatively short period of time and to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend Your Custom Home to other Calgary and area residents.

During the summer of 2015 Your Custom Home Inc. erected a federal steel building at our acreage in Windermere, British Columbia. The building size was 40 feet by 80 feet and 18 feet in height. I found their services to be very satisfactory; they delivered the building on time and on schedule. Any minor deficiencies or concerns were rapidly addressed. Their foreman and the entire work crew perform their tasks professionally and with a smile! Site cleanup was well done and conducted throughout the job. Most importantly, they utilize good safety practices;consequently there were no injuries during the construction.

On behalf of the Regal Park Condominium Board, we write this letter of reference for Your Custom Home (YCH), Okotoks, AB as a general contractor for construction projects. YCH was contracted by the Regal Park Condominium Board as the general contractor for the design phase, and the removal and reconstruction of approximately 100 exterior decks on townhousecondominiums. The total cost of the project was approximately $1.3 million and the total duration of the project was approximately 6 months. Under the president’s leadership, Danny Loudon, the crew of YCH provided excellent service throughout the project.
